Tomas Geleziunas has emerged victorious in the inaugural €50,000 GTD JP Poker Series V sponsored by WPT Global.

354 players took to the tables over the course of the Day 1s, with 54 players making the money and 36 players returning for Day 2.

 

Tomas held a commanding chip lead from 5 players out and beat a very experienced Emmet Davies in a long lasting heads-up battle.

 

The €11,250 first prize is his tonight, along with the $3,000 WPT Prime Package! Emmett took home €7,750 for his second place finish!

The next €50,000  JP Poker Series VI runs from 31st October to 3rd November!

Emmett Davis and Lucky Mo have put on a super show of poker today, from both of them nursing short stacks to taking the chip lead and second chip lead at various stages throughout Day 2.

They are both guaranteed €7,750 but only one of them will take home the €11,250 first Place prize and the $3,000 WPT Prime Last Longest Package!
